Shipping Methods and Cost

The following shipping schedules are reflective of shipping alone and do not include production/ fabrication time. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.  Once we have created your jewelry you have the following shipping options in the continental United States and Canada:

Returns

Our jewelry is created with the highest ethical standards and superior craftsmanship.  You can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may take advantage of our 7-day return policy.  

Please note that the item must be returned in its original, unworn, new condition within 7 days.  Items that are custom, special order, customized/engraved, previously exchanged, or have been serviced by third party (that is, a jeweler who is not Dana Walden staff) are not returnable or exchangeableShipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.

Repairs 

We are always happy to repair any of your Dana Walden Bridal jewels to the best of our ability. Since our jewelry is custom made to order with a variety of different gems and metals, the price of your repairs may fluctuate depending on current market/pricing/availability of the materials required to make the repair in question. Additionally, some materials for one-of-a-kind pieces may not be available for exact replacement.

We recommend that you always have your ring worked on by Dana Walden Bridal staff ONLY. If you have a third party work on your ring, we aren't responsible for the quality of the third party's work and reserve the right to refuse service if further repairs are requested following a third party's work. Damage caused by third party repairs of Dana Walden jewelry will void your Dana Walden Warranty. Dana Walden Bridal reserves the right to refuse service(s) for any reason including requests that may go against the expert advice of our designers, requests that may be deemed a liability to the integrity of our jewelry or overall business standards, and/or other client-requested modifications that may result in any possible risk to the wearer.

Maintenance and Cleaning

We recommend having your engagement ring professionally cleaned and inspected by a Dana Walden professional annually.  Your ring should also be immediately serviced if it has undergone trauma, such as being dropped or struck.  Even if your ring looks to be unharmed, it may have issues that can only be detected by a professional.  These inspections will make sure that the prongs are secure, which helps to prevent the loss of your diamond or gemstone if your ring has been inadvertently damaged.  Dana Walden provides this annual inspection and cleaning services to our existing clients free of charge.

Dana Walden Warranty

Dana Walden Jewelry is exquisitely crafted to endure generations. In addition to our 7-day return policy, we offer a warranty on the workmanship of our jewelry.  The warranty will protect you from any defects on your engagement ring or wedding band.  If your ring is harmed due to negligence or accidental damage, we are happy to repair it for a nominal fee.

This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of stones and theft.  Additionally, repair or service by someone other than Dana Walden will void this warranty.  In situations not related to manufacturing defects, we strongly recommend the purchase of independent insurance for your engagement ring or wedding band.  This precaution will help recover damaged, lost or stolen jewelry in the event such a loss occurs and Dana Walden is happy to advise about how to get started.
